How to complain
We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.
In the first instance, please telephone this office and ask to speak to Mark Pritchard or e-mail the office at mark@davidake.co.uk and explain your concerns. If your problems cannot be resolved over the telephone or via e-mail, Mark Pritchard will ask you to write a letter and address it for his personal attention, whereupon he will deal with it and notify you in writing within 28 days. However, if your complaint concerns Mark Pritchard please address any correspondence for the Private and Confidential attention of Theresa Clark.
